Under general direction of the Director Residential Lending Systems and Risk Management, the Residential Lending Business Configuration Analyst will apply in depth, knowledge of Residential Lending systems and workflow to research, document, configure, test, deploy and resolve system related issues and enhancements. This individual must have strong verbal and written communication skills to elicit and accurately document definitive technical business line requirements. Sharp analytical and problem solving skills combined with the ability to propose and implement creative solutions will be critical for the Residential Lending Business Configuration Analyst to drive forward efficiency and compliance focused changes and enhancements to Residential Lending systems. Facilitates the gathering, analysis,documentation and prioritization of business requirements for Residential Lending business managers and vendor contacts for lending system business engine rules and loan documentation.

 

Operates in full compliance with internal policies and procedures as well as applicable regulations and laws, including but not limited to Bank Secrecy Act/Anti-Money Laundering requirements. Responsible to report any procedure or process that doesnt meet regulatory requirements including fraud, whether suspected or confirmed, to management. This reporting can be done directly to any member of management, including Human Resources or Corporate Security, or can be reported through Associateds anonymous Ethics Hotline.

Lead, direct and fulfill business requirements for Loan Origination business engine rules configuration projects (LendingPRO +, CMSI Origenate, Mortgage Cadence, Accenture Borrower Center). Analyze, design, configure, test and deploy basic system enhancements and changes for residential lending and business banking loan origination systems/automated business rules. In this role you will also be using Visual Basics and should have experience with it.

 

Propose solutions and designs to business stakeholders.

 

Develop and execute functional and user acceptance testing scenarios and scripts. Analyze impact to existing system functionality.

 

Promote changes to the production environment in accordance with established change control procedures to ensure the integrity of the production environment.

Develop and manage system administration for loan documentation (LaserPRO and Document Center) and internet web portal (Borrower Center) applications interfaced with the loan origination systems to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements. Owner of the document task force committees with responsibilities to include review, document and prioritize release notes, facilitate meetings with business line and vendors, perform system administration programming tasks, document decisions, coordinate and deploy changes to production. 

Track and manage system configuration changes and loan documentation changes in accordance with business requirements management methodology during the project lifecycle. Responsible for Request For Change and work order submissions. Facilitate approval from business line management for all loan documentation and configuration changes per established process guidelines. 

Perform loan account research for regulatory reporting projects. Assist with loan origination system field validation for data warehouse projects.

Attend or facilitate business line, department, and origination support team meetings to discuss or coordinate system changes, maintenance, automated decisioning or vendor support.

Financial Services industry with experience in lending or information technology; system configuration or testing
